COVID-19 Update: Some of the precautions we are taking during this time include wearing gloves, wearing a mask, and offering hand sanitizer to all parties present.  We are washing our hands and/or sanitizing our hands frequently both before, during, and after the inspection.  With each inspection, we even wipe down our mobile phones and other equipment just to be safe. We are also encouraging our buyers to join at the end of the inspection via video chat or in person if desired (we strongly suggest via FaceTime to limit contact as much as possible). We are operating normal business hours and plan to continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
