Walk-Throughs Gone Wrong: Preventing & Resolving Walk-through Problems (1-hour)
This course will review the key components necessary to prevent walk through problems and learn methods to resolve those problems when they do arise.  Time management, client control and other suggestions will be given to minimize the impact walk-through problems have on the overall settlement.

To Survey, or Not To Survey? (1-hour)
In this course we will discuss the reasons why a buyer would want to have a survey prepared in a residential real estate transaction, a general overview of what a surveyor does, how to read a survey, different types of surveys, common problems shown by surveys, and different solutions to address those problems when they arise.
