Post-Licensing (PL): 3 hours

This course will take an in-depth look at several laws that could create risk for a real estate agent in Virginia. The course will cover the following topics: Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Anti-Trust Act, Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act, environmental laws and mold.
